Even in translation it is clear that the sixth day is very special. However, only when you read it in Hebrew, can you understand how special this day really was. This is the only day of creation with a definite article &#8211; Yom Ha-Shishi. Number 6 corresponds to the letter \u201c<em>Vav<\/em>\u201d. \u201c<em>Vav<\/em>\u201d is shaped like a hook holding twothings together (\u05d5); normally, \u201c<em>Vav<\/em>\u201d is translated as\u00a0\u201c<em>and\u201d<\/em>.
