Behind a high altar in the church is a cave, a little cavern lit by silver lamps. You can enter the main edifice and admire the ancient church. You can also enter the quiet cave, where a star embedded in the floor recognizes the birth of the King. There is one stipulation, however \u2013 you have to stoop. The door is so low you can\u2019t enter standing up.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-29278 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"381\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-1-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The same is true of the Christ. You know, you can see the world standing tall, but to witness the Savior you have to get on your knees. So at the birth of Jesus, while the theologians were sleeping and the elite were dreaming and the successful were snoring, the meek were kneeling. They were kneeling before the One only the meek will see. They were kneeling in front of Jesus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-29279 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/knee-2-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Deliver Christ into Your World<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The virgin birth is more, much more than a Christmas story. It\u2019s a story of how close Christ will come to you.<\/p>\n<p>The first stop on his itinerary was a womb. Where will God go to touch the world? Look deep inside Mary for an answer. Better still, look deep within yourself. \u201cChrist in you, the hope of glory,\u201d Scripture says (Colossians 1:27).<\/p>\n<p>Christ grew\u00a0<em>in<\/em>\u00a0Mary until he had to come out. Christ will grow\u00a0<em>in<\/em>\u00a0you until the same occurs. He will come out in your speech, in your actions, in your decisions. Every place you live will be a Bethlehem. Every day you live will be a Christmas.
