The Devil\u2019s Demise<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Satan is a fallen, embittered, and evil angel. He wreaks havoc on earth and leaves devastation in his wake. Every war, worry, and weary soul can be blamed on him. Hence, to imagine Satan bound, locked away from humanity\u2014what an appealing thought! Has this incarceration occurred? Has Satan been removed from the earth and locked away? As far as I can tell, he is still \u201ca roaring lion, looking for someone to devour\u201d (1 Peter 5:8 GNT). Satan\u2019s incarceration is a yet-to-be event.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

But he will be incarcerated. Revelation 20 declares with the reality of the devil\u2019s upcoming demise. The millennium will be glorious because Satan will be bound, Christ will be crowned, and we will reign with Jesus for a thousand years.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Antichrist<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Antichrist is the warmonger of the end times, the enemy of God, and the nemesis of the Jews.\u00a0 He will be the pawn of Satan in a final, fatal, and futile attempt to overthrow the kingdom of God. He will enter a pact with the state of Israel. Israel will either continue or begin the construction of the temple.\u00a0The world will sigh with relief at the appearance of peace in the Middle East. Yet, midway through the seven-year treaty, the Antichrist\u2019s true nature will be disclosed. He will tear up the agreement and seize the rebuilt temple, install his image, and demand universal worship. This period of time is called the Tribulation.<\/p>\n

Jesus Christ spoke of this moment. \u201cSo when you see standing in the holy place \u2018the abomination that causes desolation,\u2019 spoken of through the prophet Daniel\u2026then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains\u201d (Matthew 24:15-16 NKJV).<\/p>\n
