Remove the word \u201ceverything\u201d and replace it with the symbol of your tragedy. How would Romans 8:28 read in your life?\u00a0In\u00a0<em>hospital stays<\/em>\u00a0God works for the good. In\u00a0<em>divorce papers<\/em>\u00a0God works for the good.\u00a0As hard as it may be to believe, you could be only a Saturday away from a resurrection. Hours from that precious prayer of a changed heart. \u201cGod, you did this for\u00a0<em>me<\/em>?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything that was written in the past was written to teach us,\u201d Paul said. \u201cThe Scriptures give us patience and encouragement so that we can have hope\u201d (Romans 15:4 NCV). These are not somewhere-over-the-rainbow illusions.
