Rather, David recognized that the reason he and his nation could receive such amazing promises was all because of God\u2019s undeserved mercy and grace.\u00a0\u00a0Like David,\u00a0<strong>when you hear God\u2019s Word, have a humble attitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Chronicles\u00a017:23\u00a0(NIV)\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<sup>23\u00a0<\/sup>\u00a0&#8220;And now,\u00a0LORD, let the promise you have made concerning your servant and his house be established forever.
