'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>2 Chronicles 9:13-31\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=2+Chronicles+9%3A13-31&amp;version=NIV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for Bible Verses<\/a><\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4659 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/190827.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/190827.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/190827-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ocbf.ca\/2019\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/190827-450x225.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Hi GAMErs,<\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s passage is 2 Chronicles 9:13-31.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s go!<\/p>\n<p>On verses 1-18:\u00a0\u00a0Here the Chronicler describes all the gold that Solomon accumulated on an annual basis (v13-16), the gold and ivory throne that he sat on, which was unlike anything that had ever been made for any other kingdom (v17-19), the possessions Solomon amassed (v20, 24, 27), the connections Solomon had (v21), the audience he attracted (v23),\u00a0\u00a0the horses and chariots he collected (v25, 28), and the territories he ruled over (v26).\u00a0\u00a0Verse 22 sums it up: \u201cKing Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom than all the other kings of the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yet as impressive as Solomon\u2019s splendor, wealth and wisdom may have been, the sad reality is that none of it lasted and none of it satisfied.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Here the Chronicler is very gentle in his treatment of Solomon, as he barely alludes to Solomon\u2019s moral failures such as his refusal to obey God in the area of marriage (2 Chronicles\u00a08:11;
