By the end of the meeting, dozens had repented, marriages were restored, and several sick people testified they had been healed while Wigglesworth stood in silence.
Later, someone asked him, “Why didn’t you preach?”
Wigglesworth replied,
“Words without power are noise. I would rather say nothing and let the Holy Ghost preach.”

He believed that faith did not come from speaking much, but from hearing God clearly and obeying Him fully.
