提摩太前書3:14-15 這家就是永生神的教會，真理的柱石和根基。
希伯來書3:6 但基督為兒子，治理神的家。我們若將可誇的盼望和膽量堅持到底，便是祂的家了。
在聖經裡，神的家常是有形的建築體，如：會幕、聖殿、會堂、或是現代的教會，更重要的是，神的家不僅是指神的居所，更是指那居所中屬神的群體，神的家是神的百姓共同屬靈的家。
大衛描述他對神的家的渴慕，說：「萬軍之耶和華啊，祢的居所何等可愛！我羨慕渴想耶和華的院宇，我的心腸、我的肉體向永生神呼籲。」（詩篇84:1-2）神的家是信徒心靈的歸屬，是渴望親近神、敬拜神之處。
神是愛，家中有愛，神的家就是愛的居所，在這裡，信徒彼此相顧，彼此扶持。正如耶穌所說：「你們若有彼此相愛的心，眾人因此就認出你們是我的門徒了。」（約翰福音13:35）
神的家也是真理的柱石和根基。使徒保羅提到他指望快到提摩太那裡去，那裡是神的家，「這家就是永生神的教會，真理的柱石和根基。」（提摩太前書3:14-15）
詩篇31:7-8 我要為祢的慈愛高興歡喜；因為祢見過我的困苦，知道我心中的艱難。祢未曾把我交在仇敵手裡；祢使我的腳站在寬闊之處。
我第一次提出院內研究計畫，是在接到副座電話後，為了協助醫院順利通過評鑑，答應他兩週內把它生出來。正式開始執行計畫時，我找了相關單位去諮詢計畫內容和統計分析，兩位教授的不同反應，讓我有深刻的體會。
先說第二位教授B，我一去就先被質疑我不是醫師、不會寫論文，接著他針對我提出的主題表示這項研究沒有意義，不值得探討。這位教授嘆了一口氣，就結束了諮詢，我心想我付一小時諮詢費，還有20分鐘沒用完呢！走到樓梯間，一陣委屈湧上心頭，但真的感謝主，我前一天有先諮詢另一位教授A。
這位教授A知道評鑑要求下我需要完成的任務，他認真聽完我的簡報，他說了很多，但我只記得他說，不要害怕做不出結果。諮詢結束我要付費時，他表示為了幫助像我一樣的研究新手，非醫師的人首次諮詢是免費的。後續幾次諮詢中，教授看得出我的統計基礎是真的差，因此鼓勵我有空就去旁聽他的課。

Leviticus 23:1-8 (NIV)
1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘These are my appointed feasts, the appointed feasts of the LORD, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies.
On verses 1-8: When you read in Leviticus 23 of all the various feasts that God told the Israelites to observe, let it be a reminder that God loves to party. Notice that in Leviticus 23 God doesn’t tell the people to stop and complain about everything that’s wrong with their life or wrong with the world.
哥林多後書9:8 神能將各樣的恩惠多多地加給你們，使你們凡事常常充足，能多行各樣善事。
職場上最怕遇到不願意好好做事的夥伴，但更怕遇到很努力但卻能力不好的夥伴。遇到前者，就是離他遠一點就好，盡量不要有業務的重疊；至於後者，就看能多狠心，視若無睹，看著他失敗，但通常看不下去，還是會忍不住出手幫忙。
其實，教會中的服事也一樣。遇到無法同心的人，會想乾脆就各做各的，遠遠的距離比較容易彼此相愛。遇到做不來的人，就要自己多扛一點責任，要花時間幫對方做。
還好，我們的神，祂不只有「能力」能做任何事，祂也「願意」為我們做任何事。祂不只有「能力」去愛，祂也「願意」去愛。我想這是面對同事、同工的福音，也是看到自己軟弱時的盼望。人會讓我們失望，但我們可以跟神求恩典，把那「願意的心」給我們，把我們所「需要的能力」給我們。

Leviticus 22:1-8 (NIV)
1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 “Tell Aaron and his sons to treat with respect the sacred offerings the Israelites consecrate to me, so they will not profane my holy name. I am the LORD.
On verses 1-8: In ancient Jewish culture, the Israelites considered each new day to begin in the evening when the sun set, not in the morning when the sun rose. In current Western culture, when we see the sun rise, we think, “A new day is just about to start”.
撒母耳記上 4:5-11 耶和華的約櫃到了營中，以色列眾人就大聲歡呼，地便震動。 6 非利士人聽見歡呼的聲音，就說：「在希伯來人營裡大聲歡呼，是什麼緣故呢？」隨後就知道耶和華的約櫃到了營中。 7 非利士人就懼怕起來，說：「有神到了他們營中。」又說：「我們有禍了！向來不曾有這樣的事。 8 我們有禍了！誰能救我們脫離這些大能之神的手呢？從前在曠野用各樣災殃擊打埃及人的，就是這些神。
「約櫃被擄去」史實被記載於撒母耳記上第四章，當時以色列人正處於士師時代後期，「那時，以色列中沒有王，各人任意而行。」（士師記21:25）
以色列人與宿敵非利士人交戰，四千人倒在敵軍手下，在困惑與恐懼中，長老們下了決斷，他們尋求將約櫃從示羅抬至戰場，盼望耶和華的同在能扭轉敗局。
約櫃進入營中，以色列眾人歡呼，聲震大地。非利士人聞聲驚懼，說：「有神到了他們營中！」但恐懼化為憤怒，他們奮力一戰，大敗以色列人。那日，以色列三萬步兵陣亡，約櫃被擄，祭司以利的兩個兒子何弗尼與非尼哈也戰死沙場。
消息傳至示羅，九十八歲的以利聽聞約櫃被擄，兒子雙亡，當場仰倒而死。非尼哈的妻子臨產早產，在絕命前痛哭說道：「榮耀離開以色列了！」於是，她給兒子取名「以迦伯」（字意是沒有榮光）。

Leviticus 21:1-4 (NIV)
1 The LORD said to Moses, “Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron, and say to them: ‘A priest must not make himself ceremonially unclean for any of his people who die,
2 except for a close relative, such as his mother or father, his son or daughter, his brother,
3 or an unmarried sister who is dependent on him since she has no husband–for her he may make himself unclean.
4 He must not make himself unclean for people related to him by marriage, and so defile himself.
On verses 1-4: Leviticus 21:1-4 says that a priest could not touch or get near a dead person unless that person was a close relative, lest he become ceremonially unclean himself and unable to approach God.

Leviticus 20:1-5 (NIV)
1 The LORD said to Moses,
2 “Say to the Israelites: ‘Any Israelite or any alien living in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech must be put to death. The people of the community are to stone him.
3 I will set my face against that man and I will cut him off from his people; for by giving his children to Molech, he has defiled my sanctuary and profaned my holy name.
4 If the people of the community close their eyes when that man gives one of his children to Molech and they fail to put him to death,
5 I will set my face against that man and his family and will cut off from their people both him and all who follow him in prostituting themselves to Molech.
On verses 1-5: Here we see God’s heart for children, how God absolutely abhors the practice of child sacrifice.
