22傳舌人的言語如同美食，深入人的心腹。23火熱的嘴奸惡的心，好像銀渣包的瓦器。24怨恨人的用嘴粉飾，心裡卻藏著詭詐。25他用甜言蜜語，你不可信他，因為他心中有七樣可憎惡的。
不要將謠言當美食
「傳舌人的言語，如同美食，深入人的心腹。」(箴言二十六：22)
上帝不要我們傾聽小道消息，打聽坊間傳聞，探聽別人隱私。上帝知道人性的軟弱，是將謠言當美食。
這經節的「美食」原意是長膿的穢物，吃進去後，會填飽人心的某個空間，在裡面生毒。謠言是美食，卻是毒物，吃了使人死。因此，我們要遠離包打聽的人，拒絕據說、可能、或許式的報導，不聽傳聞的消息，離開互傳謠言的聚集。
不傳遞謠傳，是止息謠傳最好的方法，求上帝醫治我們的內心，關掉愛聽小道消息的那扇門，封掉愛打聽的那扇窗，填掉以謠言為滿足的那個鑰匙洞。將上帝的話聽清楚，聖經才是真正的美食。

Romans 12:1 (NIV)
1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is your spiritual act of worship.
Verse 1: “This is your spiritual act of worship”. What is worship really? At its heart true worship is not simply singing songs or going to church. Don’t get me wrong. God commands us to sing worship songs and go to church regularly as part of a healthy life of worship. However, true worship is bigger than that. It’s about offering your entire life to God as a response to who God is and what God has done.
True worship happens when you surrender your heart, mind and body to God to be used for His purposes and His glory. Worship is an attitude as much as it is an action. So make every moment of your life a moment to worship God. Whatever you do, do it with the goal of wanting to honor and please God. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 says, “whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
箴言26:19 他就像瘋狂的人拋擲火把、利箭、與殺人的兵器。

18人欺凌鄰舍，卻說：「我豈不是戲耍嗎？」19他就像瘋狂的人拋擲火把、利箭與殺人的兵器。20火缺了柴就必熄滅，無人傳舌，爭競便止息。21好爭競的人煽惑爭端，就如餘火加炭，火上加柴一樣。
笑鬧與欺凌
「人欺凌鄰舍，卻說，我豈不是戲耍嗎。」(箴言二十六：18)
罪的清楚呈現，常是政治強盛的地方。強國經常以欺侮隔壁的小國為樂，將鄰國視為附庸，定期進貢，抓取人質，隨時展示軍威，給與恐嚇。強國的軍國主義是騙局，犧牲許多人的生命，玩弄在少數人的野心間。
罪的清楚呈現，常是權力集中之處。他們經常以污穢的言詞中傷對方，以惡意的動作侮辱對方，以不實的謠言羞辱對方。這不是民主，而是人性有罪的表現。
我們要避開笑鬧式的戲劇、電影、小說、卡通，有些是侮辱老人、身障、精神病、長得較醜、或身材較矮的人。
人類文明的悲劇是用美好的名詞，去包裹可怕的罪惡；用亮麗的口號，去遮掩可怕的兇殘；用笑鬧的表現，去粉飾可怕的欺凌。

Romans 11:25-36 (NIV)
25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in.
26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
27 And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
28 As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs,
29 for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.
On verse 36: Paul says that all things are FROM God, THROUGH God, and FOR God. What does that mean exactly?
“All things are FROM God.” Explanation: God is the creator of the universe. He is omnipotent (all-powerful) and omniscient (all-knowing). Nothing happens in this world without Him allowing it. In this way all things are FROM God. So why would God allow evil and suffering? We cannot know all the reasons.
箴言26:16 懶惰人看自己、比七個善於應對的人更有智慧。

14門在樞紐轉動，懶惰人在床上也是如此。15懶惰人放手在盤子裡，就是向口撤回，也以為勞乏。16懶惰人看自己、比七個善於應對的人更有智慧。17過路被事激動，管理不干己的爭競，好像人揪住狗耳。
不要自憐不向前
「門在樞紐轉動，懶惰人在床上也是如此。」(箴言二十六：14)
樞紐是門把，門把只是向左右轉，門不會推開，必須轉了以後向前推，門才會打開。
舉棋不定的人，總在門外徘徊；多疑多慮的人，常在關鍵處停滯。愛自憐的人，不肯離開自己的床禢。躺在家裡很舒服，何需到外闖江湖。睡在床上多愜意，何必出門花力氣。
常躺在床上的是病人，一直在床上的是死人。為何在有手、有腳的時候不出去？為何在有力、有氣的時候不向前？
求上帝給我們一點勇氣，將門推出去，給我們一點信心，離開褥子站起來。與其在床上左右轉覆，倒不如到真實的世界練身體。

Romans 11:11-24 (NIV)
11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious.
12 But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their fullness bring!
13 I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my ministry
14 in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.
15 For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?
16 If the part of the dough offered as firs fruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.
On verses 11-24: Occasionally you will meet people who say they used to follow Jesus but do so no longer. Some of these people may have been Christians earlier than you. They may even have played a part in your coming to faith. But for whatever reason, they have stopped following Jesus. What should your attitude be towards such people?

12你見自以為有智慧的人麼，愚昧人比他更有指望。13懶惰人說道上有猛獅，街上有壯獅。
誰是你生命的主?
「你見自以為有智慧的人麼，愚昧人比他更有指望。」(箴言二十六：12)
許多人做事是根據他的喜好，喜好什麼就做什麼，不喜好什麼就放棄，或一開始就裹足不前。
上帝警告我們，自以為是的人，未來沒有指望。因為他們做事以自己為標準，不會放下自己的看法，尋求上帝的旨意；不會放下自己的喜好，照聖靈的感動而行。
「指望」的原文，是「依附」的意思，如同繩索緊縛。一個人所緊縛的，決定他的未來會如何。不要緊附在錯誤的人、事、物上，要緊附在耶穌上。背著十字架跟隨 主，不要背負自己的喜歡。跟隨主，是救恩的窄路，不是自己喜歡或不喜歡，是上帝帶領的問題，不是以自己為衡量一切的主體。信耶穌的意義，是接受耶穌作我們 生命的主。
如果樣樣都以自己的喜好為主，即使他參加許多的聚會與服事，他還是沒有得救的人。只有敬虔的外貌，內心沒有改變；只有宗教的熱忱，生命沒有重生，至終是屬於撒旦國度的人。
誰是你、我生命的主？是決定我們的一生的關鍵。
箴言26:9 箴言在愚昧人的口中，好像荊棘刺入醉漢的手。
閱讀經文：箴言 26:9-11
9箴言在愚昧人的口中，好像荊棘刺入醉漢的手。10雇愚昧人的，與雇過路人的，就像射傷眾人的弓箭手。11愚昧人行愚妄事，行了又行，就如狗轉過來，喫他所吐的。
福音與等待
「箴言在愚昧人的口中，好像荊棘刺入醉漢的手。」(箴言二十六：9)
上帝講愚昧人會如何，是在提醒我們，處事做人要注意。我們在傳講上帝話語，對方若像醉漢沈迷於惡習，某種外來的刺激品時，對上帝話語的反應，將如同荊棘刺入醉漢的手，他們完全失痛感。
不要責怪醉漢為什麼不聽，不要懷疑上帝話語沒功效，不要憂心自己的事奉沒能力。要等待，不失望。
我們對人傳福音時，荊棘刺入一時沒功效，不要就拿荊棘來刺自己。等一下，再等一下，醉漢總有清醒時。等一下，再等一下，醉漢總有感覺時。等一下，再等一下，醉漢總有放掉沈湎的東西時。

Romans 11:1-5 (NIV)
1 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don’t you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah–how he appealed to God against Israel:
3 “Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me”?
4 And what was God’s answer to him? “I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal.”
5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.
On verses 1-5: For those who wonder, “Has God completely rejected the people He originally chose, the Israelites?” The answer is no. As an example of this, Paul says, “Look at me. I’m a Jew myself, and God did not reject me but saved me.”
箴言26:7 瘸子的腳，空存無用；箴言在愚昧人的口中，也是如此。

6藉愚昧人手寄信的、是砍斷自己的腳、自受損害。7瘸子的腳，空存無用；箴言在愚昧人的口中，也是如此。8將尊榮給愚昧人的、好像人把石子包在機弦裏。
看清所託，才能交棒
「藉愚昧人手寄信的、是砍斷自己的腳、自受損害。」(箴言二十六：6)
不能將重要的事交給愚昧人，因為他們做事漫不經心，熱心接受，不會完成；他們享受愛做的，忘記任務；追求自己所愛的，無法專心；重視自己的感受，忘記承諾。
這是愚人，無法完成所交付的工作。我們不能把事交給沒事幹的人，以為幫助他們，其實是害了自己，如同砍斷自己的腳。
國家的強弱，組織的興衰，公司的成敗，在乎多少人能夠承負責任，完成所託。下一代若是萎靡、沮喪、享樂，國家將完，公司將垮，組織將散。仔細一想，原來大家都是愚人，沒有手的，交給無腳可行的。誰是能夠承負責任的人呢?求上帝賜給能上戰場的忠心者。
